Healthy Egg White and Broccoli Omelet

This one turns out to be my favourite for breakfast as it is low on the calories.  And is a no hassle breakfast.

Stuff you need

2 large brown eggs
1 teaspoon olive oil
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of oregano
Chopped broccoli

Method

Separate the yolk from the egg whites in two large eggs, placing the whites in a bowl. Add black pepper, oregano, broccoli, and salt. Mix well.

Put the olive oil on the frying pan and once hot pour the mixture onto the pan. Let sit until the liquid becomes solid, and then flip for about a minute. That’s it! Toss it on to your breakfast plate.
